Material Atlas Scatter
Material/Effects
Performs a material, packed in an Atlas, scatter effect which is useful for random placement of tiles, it has configurable blending modes (if the tiles overlap) and properties (i.e. offset, color, scale) can also be guided using additional maps. The variance parameters should be used to add randomness to each tile.
