Gradient Ramp Dynamic

The Gradient Ramp atom generates a color spectrum.
The node offers great UX by providing a built-in widget to control the color spectrum that is used for the mapping. Additionally, individual points and offsets can be exposed to allow for user control. Compared to the Gradient Ramp node, the Dynamic version can be used with more than 16 colors.
The node provides a "Quick Action" to quickly convert between the Dynamic and regular Gradient Ramp atom.
