Performs a blur driven by the intensity mask with configurable intensity.
Input Parameters

- Mode Enum · Box, Gaussian
- BlendMode Enum · Normal, Minimum, Maximum
Controls how the blurred portions of the image are blended with the image. - SamplingMode Enum · Repeat, Clamped
