Atlas Scatter
Effects/Scatter
Performs a Scatter effect using an Atlas image, by default the alpha channel of the base color is used to determine the shapes, useful for random placement of tiles, it has configurable properties (i.e. offset, color, scale) can also be guided using additional maps. The variance parameters should be used to add randomness to each tile.
